When a child is born so much care and attention is given to the proper nurturing and gradual
development for growth until adulthood . Just like the baby , we should treat our job position and
or career with care properly stewarding it into maturity. You get the degree, you get the
certification and you ace the interview but now you have the Job, how are you nurturing it? The
start time is 7am , do you get to work at 6:50 am or 7:15 am? Can the company expect a 100%
or 65% from you?, if you brag about the benefits of the company can the company brag about
your contribution to the sustained success and position it has in the market? Getting the job or

themself for continued growth and contribution to the success of the company business or
