Don’t get caught up in the title or the even the specific tonal phraseology. The takeaway here is the poignant message. This is not to be read as a chapter book with twists and turns, but as a holistic story with a message that develops for the individual reader. To be honest, after the first readthrough I felt like I missed something. I reset my expectations and read it again. The second time through is when I discovered what the author was conveying. Very rarely do I read a book twice or sit and ponder afterward. This one made me think about a lot of things throughout life – past, present and future. At only 50 pages I read it twice within a couple days. I think the second time through it took double the time as I found myself studying each passage a little more.
